Rick Mandler
Vice President of Digital Media at ABC
Rick Mandler, vice president, digital advertising sales ABC Television Network Sales is part of the management team responsible for all digital advertising sales for the ABC Television Network, including ABC.com, the ABC Full Episode Player, ABC News.com, ABC Daytime, Soapnet.com, and Oscar.com. Overall, Mandler’s role is to help the sales division navigate through the technological and business developments in this area. Previously, Mandler was Vice President, General Manager, Enhanced TV for the Walt Disney Internet Group (WDIG), responsible for all business development, production, technical, and integrated sales for Enhanced TV fare produced for all Disney-owned broadcast and cable network programming. Mandler is a graduate of Wesleyan University and New York University Law School.

Lisa Hsia
Executive Vice President, Digital Media at Bravo
Lisa Hsia is Executive Vice President of Bravo Digital Media, overseeing Bravo’s digital businesses including Bravotv.com, as well as Bravo’s initiatives in emerging media – wireless, apps, gaming, social TV and multi-platform programming. During her tenure at Bravo, Hsia has built Digital Media into an interactive powerhouse with numerous initiatives that serve to enhance viewer engagement. Her innovations include these breakthrough firsts: Bravo Talk Bubble – the first real-time social TV event to combine Facebook and Twitter with live TV viewing, Bravo Now – the first tablet/smart phone co-viewing companion experience and “Last Chance Kitchen” -Top Chef’s highly successful transmedia initiative that resulted in the most successful digital video series ever on NBCU platforms. Lisa was recently honored as a Media Maven by Ad Age.

Marc DeBevoise
SVP and General Manager, Entertainment at CBS Interactive
Marc is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of CBS Interactive’s Entertainment division. His role includes overseeing sites such as CBS.com, TV.com and Clicker.com, as well as developing both original and show-based digital content, applications and games. Marc joined CBS Interactive from Starz, where he was responsible for the company’s digital initiatives supporting its film, television and digital original content properties. He was recognized as a “Digital Driver” by Home Media magazine in 2011 and is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Marc received his M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his B.A. from Tufts University.

Matt Crenshaw
Vice President, Marketing & Analytics at Discovery Communications
Matt Crenshaw is the Vice President of Marketing and Analytics at Discovery Communications. Matt oversees audience development efforts for Discovery’s entire portfolio of digital brands, including Discovery Channel, TLC, and Howstuffworks. His expertise lies in applying data-driven strategies to engage audiences through search, social media, and media partnerships. Matt was part of the management team at Howstuffworks when it was acquired by Discovery. At Howstuffworks, he focused on turning the site from a niche content publisher into one of the most popular destinations on the Web. Matt holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree from Harvard University. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.

Carson Daly
Host - The Voice at NBC (Pre-Recorded)
Carson began his career in radio in the early ’90s, quickly moving up the ranks as an on-air DJ in five different cities within his first five years. Shortly thereafter, he landed one of the most coveted positions in the business – that of the early evening voice of Los Angeles’ influential and top-rated KROQ-FM. It was at MTV that Daly became the entertainment icon that he is today. His popularity exploded in the era of 'N Sync, Britney Spears and Eminem. As host and executive producer of MTV’s “Total Request Live” (TRL), he transformed an afternoon music video program into a must-stop on the publicity circuit for musicians, movie stars and entertainers alike. In January 2002, his loyal fans followed him to NBC and tuned into his late-night television show “Last Call with Carson Daly,” which is currently entering its 10th season as a part of the network’s top-rated, late-night lineup.

Jesse Redniss
Senior Vice President, Digital at USA Network
Jesse Redniss is the Senior Vice President, Digital for USA Network, overseeing all digital strategies, deployments and growth for the various USA Network properties. He has been instrumental in shifting the company’s online properties from merely entertainment sites to revenue-generating destinations and further executing successful socialized TV, gamification, and transmedia experiences. Jesse has developed and launched numerous successful digital experiences including USA’s HashTag Killer, Character Chatter, Character Arcade by providing consumers with fun and engaging experiences. Before joining USA, Redniss worked as a digital supervisor at Tangible Media on the Atari and Midway games accounts and several leading advertising agencies specializing in media planning, buying and interactive strategy.
